FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 and FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (Mississauga and Etobicoke only)

Sweet Giggles offers Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more. Free local delivery is also available for Mississauga and Etobicoke residents.
All orders normally ship within 48 hours of order receipt. If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified immediately. If you choose the free delivery option, your order will be delivered within 48 hours of order receipt. You will be contacted to arrange best time for delivery.  

All orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service. Charges apply for Canada Post Xpresspost service. To qualify for free shipping orders must be $49.99 or more after sales, discounts, coupons and before taxes. 

Free shipping policy does not apply to Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon and Nunavut and Remote Areas. In addition to remote areas, orders that are under $100 in value, for which the actual Canada Post shipping rate is over $20, will not qualify for free shipping and you will be asked to pay a flat shipping fee of $8.00.

There will be a shipping surcharge for all postal codes that fall in the Canada Post remote area. After your order is placed you will be contacted regarding any additional shipping charges.

 International shipping

We currently ship to Canada only. 


Sweet Giggles offers 14-day-return-policy. If 14 days have gone by since your date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Expectant mothers may return products 14 days after the birth of their baby. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after product delivery or birth of your baby. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5-10 business days from the day your refund is processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for a refund (this includes the time it takes us to receive the return, up to 48 hours to process the return and up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund 3 weeks after you sent your items back to us, please contact your bank and credit card company first as they might need extra processing time. If after contacting the financial institutions you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sweetgigglesbaby.ca.

 Sale items

Please note that sale items are a final sale and cannot be refunded. If you need to exchange the sale item for the same item of different size or colour please send us an email at sales@sweetgigglesbaby.ca.

 Gifts Cards

If an item was purchased using a gift card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, which also applies if your order was over $50 and you received free shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To return the merchandise please email us at sales@sweetgigglesbaby.ca explaining the reason for your return and whether you would like refund or exchange. Once we receive and review your request we will email you the instructions for the next steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
